- you can browse the Westpac hotpoints reward site to see the latest eco-conscious rewards available
- if you’re a hotpoints customer and you have Westpac Online Banking, you can login to the hotpoints website from your Online Banking by clicking the “view/redeem hotpoints” link under your credit card details. You will then be able to redeem for rewards online
- if you’re a hotpoints customer but do not have Westpac Online Banking, you can redeem via the hotpoints call centre on 0800 861 862, between 8.30am and 5.00pm weekdays.
