Westpac’s talking ATMs
Westpac has worked with community groups to ensure talking ATMs meet the needs of the blind and sight impaired.
Braille labeling is provided on the ATM touch points.
Information on using talking ATMs is available from any Westpac Branch.
How to use talking ATMs
Using a talking ATM headset
customers can use a headset to listen to audio cues to assist in their transactions  
complimentary headsets are available at selected Westpac branches
