What you’ll need to register for Mobile Banking

Before you register for Mobile Banking you will need

a Westpac Online Banking ID and password

a Westpac transaction/savings account
(credit card, Online Saver and Online Bonus Saver accounts are excluded)

a two-way txt-capable mobile phone registered with a New Zealand mobile network

Mobile Banking registration using Online Banking

To register for Mobile Banking, login to Online Banking then

Step 1
From your Online Banking Welcome screen, select ‘Mobile Banking’ from the left hand menu.

Step 2
Follow the step-by-step instructions to enter your mobile number, and nominate which account you want to use for your txt balance enquiries.
