| Our graduate programme runs for either one or two years, depending on the business areas you are interested in. |

| Our aim is to provide you with roles that give you a good insight into the business. |
|
| For each position you will have a manager who acts as a mentor and ensures you get the training and development support you need. |

access to both internal and external training courses to support your career goals |

| You’ll also have a coach for the entire programme who will help you identify your goals and plan a development path. |

| Your rotations |
|
|
your first two rotations are usually fixed when you join |
|
|
later rotations are decided once you know what areas interest you |
|
|
| Location of graduate positions |
|
|
many graduate positions are based in Auckland or other metropolitan areas |
|
|
there are also opportunities in more rural areas and some opportunity for travel |
|
|
your location depends on the roles available and your own preferences |
|
|
if you move around or are relocated, we will help with costs |
|

| Towards the end of the programme |
