Superannuation
In-Tandem Westpac Staff Superannuation Scheme
we offer employees participation in our staff superannuation scheme  
staff contributions can begin at 4% of salary  
after two years of continuous service, Westpac will provide an employer contribution of 6%  
for management staff, Westpac will contribute 10%, which can start immediately  
Westpac will meet all management and administration charges for the Scheme  
Banking package
Our special banking package for permanent and fixed term staff
has a range of banking discounts and benefits  
includes credit card interest rate discounts and fee-free everyday banking  
is designed to treat all our staff as we would our best customers  
Parental leave programme
Staff with at least 12 months continuous service, and who work more than 10 hours per week, may be eligible for our parental leave programme.
