How the Graduate Programme application process works
The first step is to complete our online application form. We will be considering applications as they come in, so an early application could be beneficial.
Subject to meeting the required criteria and being successful through each stage, the process would go something like this:
Stage 2 - complete an online aptitude test and personality questionnaire
Stage 3 – participate in a telephone interview
Stage 4 - attend a formal interview at our Auckland head office, where you will complete a range of activities and be assessed by some of our business managers
Stage 5 - reference and security checks completed.
We’ll keep you informed about what’s happening at each stage.
If you’re selected to join our graduate programme you will
be sent an offer of employment
usually receive a timetable and details of your orientation programme and starting rotations
start around the beginning of February
have a two-week orientation and start your first rotation around early to mid February
